Vincent Morisset (1976) is an explorer whose work revolves around existing or imagined borders, acknowledging them for the pleasure of blurring them. Taking off from familiar grounds, he then stands back and hands us the steering wheel to shape the paths he opened. In 2007, Vincent created AATOAA (pronounced “à toi”, meaning “yours” but also “your turn” in French), a Montreal-based studio dedicated to original productions. For over a decade, the small squad — an internationally acclaimed dream team — has been recasting how we experience the Internet, music videos, virtual reality, video games, album artwork and films.Im Jahr 2007 gründete Vincent AATOAA (sprich «à toi», was bedeutet «deins» aber auch «du bist dran» auf Französisch), ein Studio in Montreal, das sich originellen Produktionen widmet. Caroline RobertCaroline Robert (1983) is a multi-disciplinary artist celebrated for her timeless signature style that bridges handmade craft and technology. Artistic director and invaluable source of ideas, she wears an impressive variety of hats: animation, costume design, video, illustration, print, set design, photography, user interface.... Caroline also designed the iconic artworks for Arcade Fire’s albums The Suburbs and Reflektor. She is the love of Vincent’s life.Caroline Robert (1983) ist eine multidisziplinäre Künstlerin, bekannt für ihren zeitlosen Stil, in welchem sie Handwerk und Technologie verbindet. Als unschätzbare Quelle von Ideen übernimmt sie die künstlerische Leitung und agiert in den Bereichen Animation, Kostümdesign, Video, Illustration, Druck, Szenografie, Fotografie und unter anderem Benutzer-Interface. Zu Carolines Arbeiten gehört auch der visuelle Auftritt von Arcade Fire in den zwei Alben The Suburbs und Reflektor. Sie ist die Liebe von Vincent’s Leben.
Édouard Lanctôt-BenoitÉdouard Lanctôt-Benoit (1989) is a creative developer and technical director who belongs to a distinguished league of coding geniuses. Fording the way through uncharted territories, he pushes web technologies (WebGL, WebVR, WebAudio, computer vision, etc.) to levels of sophistication rarely matched. He joined AATOAA in 2010, bringing with him his boss-level skills in the development and creation of interactive videos and installations.Édouard Lanctôt-Benoit (1989) ist ein kreativer Programmierer und technischer Leiter, ein Code-Wunderkind unserer Zeit. In den unerforschten Territorien der Softwareentwicklung unterwegs, bringt er Web-Technologien, wie WebGL, WebVR, WebAudio und Computer Vision, auf ein völlig neues Niveau. Er ist 2010 zu AATOAA gestossen, wo er seine hervorragenden Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung von interaktiven Videos und Installationen einsetzt.
